Sorting

Rugtved rolloff-table can be connected behind the Rugtved matroller. The table is used for storage and sorting mats. On the table there is room for 2 x 4 mats. On every table there is 2 sorting positions.

We customize the sorting for the single customer. Here is an example of how the sorting could be:

I this example the size of the mats is measured in the matroller. It then tilts the mats off on a predeterminated position. On the fist position lays the mats that is 85x150cm, on the second position the 115x150cm mats, on the third position the 150x200cm mats and on the fourth position the logo mats will tilt off. On the edge of the second table the repair and rewash mats will drop off.

Ergonomics

Like the Rugtved matroller the rolltable is also ergonomic designed. The table is height adjustable so the operator can pick up mats from the table with a straight back and thereby spare his back from the weight of the mats. The end of the table is designed with a "finger" plate so the operator can pick up the mats with the palm of his hand and thereby spare his wrists.

Linking

A rolltable is desgined to be attached after a Rugtved matroller. It is then possible to attach more rolloff tables after one another.
