QualityThe inlet table of the Rugtved matroller is 160x260cm. On this inlet table the operator loads the machine with mats. Because of the size of the inlet table the operator gets a perfect view of the mats before they are rolled. He can therefore quality check all the mats after they are washed and check them for dirt, stains, holes or if they just are worn out. If a mat is dirty or damaged he can remove the mat before it is sent out to a customer. This also gives good sales argument to the customers that all the mats have gone through a personal quality check before the mats leaves the laundry. |
ErgonomicsA typical mat weighs about 4-8 kg and with some water from the washing makes it even heavier. Therefore the inlet table on the matroller is height adjustable so the operator can load the machine with a straight back and thereby spare his back from the weight of the mats. It also makes it possible for the operator to get a good working position so the works feels comfortable and You will get the benefits of a happy staff if they are not worn down each day. The matroller is very quickly to height adjust so it is fast and easy to change operator. |

Lifetime"Milliken Walk Off Mats have always stated that mats must never be stored folded after their first laundering. Mats must be stored flat or rolled at all times. With the ever increasing legislation and guidelines such as the Disability Discrimination Act, BS8300 and new ISO standards, the need to provide a properly serviced mat which lies flat with no damaged borders has become vital. Milliken Walk Off Mats recommend that mats are tightly rolled fabric side out without any folds in the mat before rolling begins. Correct rolling like this will force the ends of the mat to both point down towards the floor rather than point upwards creating a temporary trip hazard." Jeremy Hicks | Technical Service ManagerMilliken Walk Off Mats As stated from Milliken rolling or flat storage is best for the mats. If the mats are stored folded the fibres in the mats are ruined and it leaves an edge on the mats that doesn't look presentable when the mats is laying at the customers. With the Rugtved matroller it is possible to adjust the size of the hole in the rolled mats but by standard the machine rolls the mats with a hole of 4-5cm which is the optimal hole size. |

StatisticsRugtved matroller keeps statistics for every mat that has gone through the machine. It also keeps track of how long the machine has been running in hours and minutes. When the operators loads a mat he can choose various sorting options for the mat. The matroller then saves these sorting options so You can be also to see how many standard and how many logo mats You have rolled. |
